Commercial Inspection: Pricing per project

Whether you are a building owner, property manager, leasing agent, lender or tenant, you can rely on Hometown Inspections to provide the property condition information you need for optimal decision-making.

Common types of commercial inspections include the following:

  •  Pre- and post-lease for landlords or tenants
  •  Draw inspections on new construction
  •  Site review, prepurchase or preconstruction
  •  Investigative/problem-solving
  •  Consulting

Types of commercial buildings inspected include the following:

  •  Apartment building
  •  Office buildings
  •  Warehouse
  •  Restaurants
  •  Strip mall
  •  Convenience stores
  •  Medical/professional

Upon completion of the inspection, your inspector will present to you a report of all significant findings regarding the following:

  • Roof
  • Foundation
  • Windows
  • Heating/cooling system
  • Electrical systems
  • Plumbing
  • Drive/parking areas
  • Lot and grounds

Few properties are in perfect condition. Like used cars, older properties require maintenance and repair over time. An inspection can inform you about
areas of concern, improve your negotiating position and provide you with an assessment of the property's current condition for future reference.

Energy Audit:   $150.00
*not including rebates offered by energy partners

(on average customers receive a rebate of $100 from their energy partner and BEST of all.... see a savings on energy cost after audit of $500 per year)

Due to rising energy costs, interest in sustainability (green living) and national energy independence, there has been a surge of interest in energy efficiency.

The first step to controlling energy usage is a comprehensive energy assessment.  An energy assessment (sometimes called energy audit,
evaluation or inspection) primarily looks for ways energy can escape a building and inefficient uses of energy.

Hometown Inspections can help by providing a comprehensive energy inspection using high quality infrared technology. These are the
tools recommended by the U. S. Department of Energy for a professional energy assessment.

 We provide energy assessments for:

  • Homes & Condos
  • Commercial Buildings

As a highly regarded inspection company, Hometown Inspections is well equipped to identify specific air leaks and other energy wasters. We prepare detailed summary reports, with photos, and practical solutions that many home and building owners can do themselves to save money.

We will provide a detailed report with both digital and infrared photos showing areas of excessive heat or cold entering your home or commercial building, directing you to the best places to stop these energy leaks.

You will be given suggestions for practical repairs and upgrades, which will potentially save hundreds or thousands of dollars in future energy costs.

Your report will also include specific data regarding the volume of air leaks noted in your home or commercial building, which can serve as a base for comparison to other buildings or to compare to a future follow-up test to see the improvement gained.
